God's New Breed

We are living in the last of the last days and God is raising up a radical army of men and women that will march through the land telling the good news of Jesus and spreading the fire of revival.

I want to take a few moments and share 10 characteristics with you about this New Breed that God is raising up

1. ON FIRE FOR GOD – Their hearts have been radically set ablaze for Jesus by the fire of the Holy Spirit. (see Hebrews 1:7)

2. NOT COVETOUS- They don’t want what others have because Jesus is their number one source. (see Luke 12:15-21)

3. FULL OF FAITH & POWER- When you hang around them, it just seems easy to believe in the impossible. (see Acts 6:8)

4. THEY WALK WITH GOD – They are people of prayer. Not the kind of prayer that is religious and doesn’t get results, but the kind of prayer that has a real relationship with God. When they talk to him, he talks back, and when they speak, things happen! (see Matthew 18:18)

5. PEOPLE OF INTEGRITY- They have an honest heart and they speak the truth with a pure motive. (see Hebrews 13:18)

6. HAVE A PASSION FOR THE LOST – They are deeply concerned about where people will spend eternity. (see Matthew 18:12)

7. THEY ARE MOVED WITH COMPASSION - They are merciful and full of God’s love. (see Matthew 9:36 and Romans 5:5)

8. THEY ARE BOLD - They are bold as lions and everything they do is done in the fire of God. They don’t care what other people think because they already have God’s approval. (see Proverbs 28:1)

9. THEY ARE PEOPLE OF THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT – They are people who are continually filled with the Spirit because they continually drink the new wine of the spirit. (see Ephesians 5:18 and Galatians 5:22-23)

10. THEY ARE PEOPLE OF ETERNITY - They have the eternal plan and purpose of God burning on the inside of them. (see Hebrews 9:27)
