Dunamis Power

Acts 1:8 (KJV) 8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost comes upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

When you receive the Holy Spirit upon you, you receive power. God is not handing out special measures of power just because you pray for it. You already have this power in you. No matter how much you pray, how many seeds you sow, or how much you fast, nothing new is coming upon you.

The truth is that you need to start using that power that you already have in you. There is no special class or person to lay hands on you to activate this power, you just have to walk in what you already have. God’s Word is true so don’t doubt that you already have this power.

Dunamis power produces miraculous changes and results. If you really fully understood the power of God that dwells in you, you would never complain about circumstances again. This power destroys sickness, causes the lame to walk, and raises the dead back to life again. The same power that raised Jesus Christ from the grave is now inside you. Glory to God!

You have the power to raise the dead! Who can stop you? Who can be against you? From this day forward, confidently walk in your God-given power. Shake nations, tear down principalities and cast out devils. You are a Holy Ghost power force to reckon with!

Confession: The dunamis power of God is in of me. I will be used to display the power of God. I will function in power just like Jesus did! Thank you, God, for anointing me with your power today!
