Encountering God

Luke 4:18 (KJV) 18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised

Before Jesus did miracles and healed the sick, he had his personal encounter for forty days and forty nights. Any physical encounter is a manifestation of a spiritual encounter. Many people want to walk in the power of God, but they are not willing to spend time with God to come to a place of encountering His presence and power. All of the Generals of God are a product of supernatural encounters that they have personally had and if an encounter happens, it cannot be overshadowed by anything. The encounters might happen in private, but the manifestation will be seen by everyone.

It's important to be in an environment where you can have an encounter with God. As you read the Bible, and commune with your heavenly father through prayer, you shall surely have your own life-changing supernatural encounters.

You might be on the verge of backsliding, sin or circumstances are pulling you down, just know Jesus gave you all the power you need to overcome the forces of darkness in this world. You can come boldly before the throne of grace and receive the power you need to overcome everything in this life.

As you're reading this word, be expectant to experience the supernatural that will shift your life forever. You are in the realm of encounters. God's miracle-working power will show up in your life in a mighty way in the name of Jesus.

Confession: I commit myself to the Word of God like never before. Today my spirit is ignited and supernatural encounters shall surely happen in my life in the name of Jesus.
