Only Believe

And he could there do no mighty work, except that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed them. — Mark 6:5

During his earthly ministry, Jesus performed miracles, healed the sick, raised the dead, and did many other supernatural things. However, when he came to do ministry in his home town the bible says he could do no mighty work there. The people probably said, “we know Jesus, he was on our son Johnny’s baseball team. Jesus is Mary’s boy, the carpenter from Nazareth who built our dining room table and chairs.” These people knew Jesus after the natural, but they missed the fact that he was the Messiah.

At this very moment, there is literally nothing that is impossible for God to do in your life when you look to Jesus. The only prerequisite is for you to only believe. God’s plan for your life is to bless and prosper you in every area and when you believe in him, you unleash His miracle-working power and the hosts of heaven to begin to work in your life.
