The Great Commission

Mark 16:16-18 (KJV) 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. 17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
As a child of God, you will go through challenges in this life. I hope you took notice of “will go through”. As the old saying goes, “Trouble doesn’t always last” and when you go through hell, keep going because God is with you!
Wherever you find yourself today or whatever situation you find yourself in, know that God has called you to preach the Gospel to people everywhere you go. Never look at someone and think that they may not need Jesus, or that they won't listen. Even if they don't seem to care, the seed of God's Word will be sown and the seed will produce a harvest.
Your emotions are not the driver, God's word is. Having faith that you have the authority and power to win souls will unlock so many doors for you. You just have to open your mouth and tell this lost world about Jesus and God will do the rest. Because the Holy Spirit is in you and you have the name of Jesus, you have all the power and authority you need to heal the sick, cast our devils, and advance the kingdom of God on earth. You just need to move in faith. Your flesh will always find an excuse to doubt the Word, but you have to tell your flesh to shut up and step out of the boat.
The only way to manifest the power of God is to walk in the Spirit. Devils will not bow to the flesh, they respond to the authority of the Word of God. You are in this world but you are not of this world. The only permanent thing is the Word of God. Don’t put your trust in anything else, because everything else will come to nothing.
God is with you when you step out on faith to win souls. Remove tradition, fear of rejection, and excuses. You are not here to make a name for yourself; you are here to make a difference for Chris. Let God work through you and make winning souls your passion today. Glory be to God!
Confession: Today I chose let go of rejection and fear. Christ is in me and greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world. I will not be moved by my emotions, but I will be moved by the Word of God. Thank you, Jesus!
